The thing about life is that you must survive.
It is going to be difficult, and dreadful things will happen. What you do is to move along, get on with it, and be tough. Not in the sense of being mean to others, but being tough with youself and making a deadly effort not to be defeated.
......and, ...Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy Shit...What a Ride!"
